is a true premier program serving Berkshire County and the surrounding area. Our club structure offers a clear pathway in which players can develop and participate in appropriate programming as beginner players through to those ready to play and compete at an elite level.
WE PRIDE OURSELVES
on our professionalism, the care we show to our families and the respect afforded to each player who enters our organization. We want each player to enjoy their time with the club, be challenged in a positive coaching environment, and improve themselves as players and people as they progress through the player development pathway.
OUR PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
pathway provides a clear pathway from our youngest players through to our semi-pro USL League two team. BRFC players will systematically progress through the pyramid and have opportunities to play at the collegiate and professional levels beyond their BRFC experience.
EACH DEVELOPMENTAL BLOCK
of our youth academy follows a comprehensive curriculum, designed by our Technical Director, that provides players with age-specific provision and systematically lays the foundation for progressive development and the enhancement of love for the game. Our coaching staff will be coaches of positive significance in our player’s lives as we aim to inspire players in an atmosphere of respect and honesty while encouraging them to think for themselves.

COMPETITIVE TEAM PROGRAMS (2):
BRFC PREMIER ACADEMY
(MAY - JUNE 2021)
This program is designed for all players who are seeking a competitive team experience. Players will develop through regularly scheduled team training and competitive match play through club friendlies and two regional tournaments/showcases.
AGES: 2002-2010 (BOYS & GIRLS)

This program is designed to help more advanced players improve their technical skills through lots of individual and small-group ball work exercises and games. Covering a broad range of essential skills, players in this program will get the touches and repetitions they need to push their skill level to the next level. This program is open to all boys and girls between the birth years 2002 - 2010, and it can be viewed as a stand alone program or a supplemental program for players in our Premier Academy program.

This program is designed to help younger players develop their passion for the game, strengthen soccer skills through ball mastery training, and help them develop fundamental tactical understanding through fun games and activities. This program is open to all boys and girls between the birth years 2011-2015, and it can be viewed as a stand alone program or a supplemental program for players in our Premier Junior Academy.

This program is designed to work specifically with our goalkeepers on their skill development. Keepers of all abilities are invited to join this academy, and the training groups and sessions will be tailored to fit the skill level. This program is open to boys and girls between the age categories of 2002-2015.
