FREE YOUTH CLINICS - ADIRONDACK REGION
Through the generosity of our Black Rock FC USL League Two team sponsors, we are pleased to provide free youth clinics for boys and girls (ages 9-17) in the Adirondacks and surrounding communities. All sessions will be coached by Black Rock FC's USL League Two staff and players. Participants will have the opportunity to improve their technical skills, compete in a variety of training games, and learn about fundamental tactics in a fun environment!

BRFC Summer Clinic Series Highlights
BLACK ROCK FC OFFERS
many seasonal clinics throughout the year. These clinics may follow a residential, full day or half day format and are open to players of all levels of soccer ability. The seasonal clinic series has a focus on individual player development in a high energy and positive coaching environment.
FULL DAY SAMPLE SCHEDULE
8:45am: Arrival Begins
Campers may arrive at the drop-off location.
The camp breaks down into the activity groups for the morning.
9:15am: Activity Session #1
Campers will work on the technique/theme of the day in individual exercises, where the focus is personal development.
10:15am: Morning Snack
A short break to recharge and hydrate (campers must pack a snack separate from their lunches)
10:30am: Activity Session #2
Group-based training activities.
11:30am: Challenge of the Day
Whether it is lightning, 1v1 Challenge, or another daily Challenge or game, the whole camp will split into age groups and partake in an event.
12:00pm: AM Campers Pick up
Morning Campers will be escorted to the designated pickup location.
All full-day campers should pack a lunch and enjoy some rest ahead of the busy afternoon schedule.
12:45pm: PM Campers Arrive
PM Campers are dropped off and escorted to the lunchtime facility.
1:00pm: Activity Session #3
Following lunch, campers move into groups and are challenged to problem solve game-like scenarios in small sided games and exercises created by their coach. Activities like team defending and switching the point of attack have our players thinking about soccer in terms of a real game!
2:00pm: Game of the Day #2
An afternoon challenge or themed activity.
2:45pm: Afternoon Snack
Campers hydrate and recharge before the final activity of the day.
3:00pm: Leagues & Games
The camp breaks down into teams and participates in games over the course of the week. Scores are tracked to see who the Camp League Winners are!
Campers head down with their coaches for pickup at the end of a busy day!
