THE BLACK ROCK FOOTBALL SCHOLARS PROGRAM

(BRFSP) seeks to identify top student-athletes from diverse backgrounds around the globe and to facilitate placement at top boarding schools throughout the United States. BR FSP is an inclusive, merit-based program designed to identify the most deserving candidates irrespective of their financial backgrounds. Since its inception, Black Rock FSP has made it a point of emphasis to reach those in underserved communities and that will remain a priority.

DURING THE IDENTIFICATION PROCESS

football-Scholars' staff will evaluate all student-athletes invited to participate in the BR FSP screening process on the following criteria: interviews, transcript review, recommendations, standardized testing, football assessment, academic assessment, and the ability to meet set deadlines. After several rounds of evaluations, finalists will be selected and Black Rock Football Scholars will be announced.

WE ARE COMMITTED

to providing Black Rock Football-Scholars with unparalleled guidance throughout the boarding school application process—from when you first put on your BRFC jersey to the day you step foot in America. Upon arrival to the United States, Black Rock Football-Scholars will receive additional, holistic support to help feel comfortable living and studying in the United States. As members of the BRFC Academy, Football-Scholars will have full access to all of the club's signature programs.

FEES AND FINANIAL AID:

  • Reduced administration fee

  • All fees associated with school selection process, including but not limited to applications, standardized testing, visas, and all related travel

  • Annual Black Rock FC fees

  • Financial grants available for those with demonstrated need based on evaluation by the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS)
