The BRFC Junior Premier Academy offers talented young individuals (u9 & u10), a chance to train and play with like minded players in a competitive environment.  The focus will be on advanced technical training and an introduction to tactical elements, to help create a better understanding of the game.

 

Junior Premier teams will each have a tailored curriculum that will provide players with a fun, energetic and competitive environment focused on individual player development while learning the BRFC style of play.

 

BRFC Junior Premier Players may operate within a player pool system.  The player pool system provides our coaching staff the opportunity to move players between rosters throughout the year to allow maximum opportunity and ensure players are placed in the right environment to maximize their development. Players are split based on ability, attitude, commitment to the game and what BRFC think is best for the player’s personal development.
